Minnesota State Board of Investment (MSBI) is a public pension fund based in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Established in 1981, the fund provides retirement, annuity, health, and disability benefits to the eligible government employees of the Minnesota area. MSBI is the state agency responsible for the investment management of various retirement funds, trust funds, and cash accounts. The assets of the pension fund are managed by the state board of investment.
